How do I change my password?
Click on “My Settings” in the side Navigation Bar. Under “My Administrative Settings”, click on "Change My Password". Follow the instructions you find on that page.
How do I change my ScreenName?
Click on “My Settings” in the side Navigation Bar. Under “My Administrative Settings”, click on "Change My Screen Name". Follow the instructions you find on that page.
*note: Your Login ID will always be the same original Screen Name that you chose when you joined. Even if your current, visible Screen Name has been changed, you will have to log in with your original Screen Name as your Login ID.
How do I update my email address?
Click on “My Settings”, under “My Email Settings” click on "Change My Email Address”. You will then be able to make your desired changes.

Will I still have access once I have cancelled?
Yes, once a subscription has been cancelled, you will continue to have you membership level access until your subscription expires. At that time your membership will return to basic.

What's going on! I paid and so why am I not upgraded?
Sometimes there are temporary delays. Simply exit your browser, clear your cache and sign in again. This will clear any error that may have occurred.

Can I receive mail even if I'm not a paying member?
Yes.
How many emails can I send and receive?
If you're a Basic member you can't send email but you can receive them from a Gold or Silver member. Silver members can send 25 emails per day; Gold may send 100 per day. For all members, there is no limit to the amount of emails you can receive. Basic members can send invitations to hookup now with other members, but must upgrade to send email.
What is the email security code?
This is the security code that you have to enter before sending any email. The purpose of this is to prevent spam. The box is located near the top of the email page. Once you have entered the security code provided, you may then send the email.
How do I block/unblock somebody from sending me mail?
You can block or unblock a member's email from the "View Profile" page, by clicking on the "Block" button located under the “More” button. You can also block or unblock members from the Email page, if you are a Gold or Silver member.
How do I create/delete Mail folders?
If you are a Basic member, you must upgrade to Silver or Gold status to create or delete Mail folders. If you are already a Silver or Gold member, you can add or delete folders from the "Manage Folders" overlay, accessible through the “Folders & Options dropdown on the “Messages” page.
What is your My Friends?
My Friends allows you to save member profiles that interest you. You can view your saved Friends from the link in the side Navigation Bar, when you log in.
To add a member to your friend list, simply click on “Friend Request" from a member's profile. When you send a friend request, we email that member and allow them the opportunity to approve or deny your request.
This feature was previously known as "Hotlist or Friends List" but was changed when we redesigned and updated the site.
What is "Meet in Person"?
Just like it sounds, members can send invitations to hookup now with other members.
To send an invitation to hookup now, simply click on "Meet in Person" from a member's profile.
"Meet in Person" was previously known as "Hookup Now or Show Interest" but was changed when we redesigned and updated the site.
Do you delete unread mail?
Yes we do. Basic level email is deleted after 30 days, Silver members can keep unread mail for 60 days, and Gold members can keep unread mail for 90 days.
Can I retrieve deleted letters?
No, sorry. Once they've been deleted you are unable to get them back. So make sure to keep up with your mail!
Can I send attachments with my email?
Definitely! Click on “Email" from any profile or while reading someone's email, click on "Reply", from the Send Message page, click on “Upload Image“ in the lower portion of the page. Simply choose the file you wish to attach (please see our photo guidelines for restrictions) and click "Attach" to add it to your email. Please note that only picture or video files can be sent - no documents are allowed. When you're ready, click "Send".

Photos
What are the photo guidelines/restrictions?
Picture must include a person. Body shots are acceptable. As our website contains adult content, pictures of children or including children are not acceptable and will be rejected and, or deleted.
For photos you may not upload images which contain:
- any person under the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction
- genitals or pubic area of any person
- pictures of bestiality
- pictures containing email addresses / personal contact information
- celebrities or other publicly known figures not yourself
- depictions of torture, abuse, violence or weapons
- urination or other excretory functions
- sexual intercourse, this includes any form of penetration
- visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct
- images of cartoons or anime
- copyright artwork or images including but not limited to logos and trademarks
- anything which mentions or promotes bigotry, racial hatred or intolerance

Profiles
What are the profile guidelines/restrictions?
We really want you to stretch your imagination, but there are a few restrictions which are required by law. You are not allowed to write anything which contravenes any law, including but not limited to:
- sexual references to children,
- the promotion of hatred or bigotry
- using someone else's material as your own (i.e. copyright)
- Unintelligible language/gibberish
- bestiality
Some people use services like ours to promote spam or commercial enterprises. To prevent this, you may not include
- HTML or any other coding language
- email addresses or web site URLs
- Personal contact information including telephones numbers or addresses
All profiles are subject to review. You will be notified by email if your profile is rejected or requires modification. Please note that your profile may be deleted without warning or notice if you violate these guidelines.
How do I edit my profile?
Click on “Edit My Profile” in the side Navigation Bar. This will bring up the "Edit My Profile" page, which will take you to an editable view of your profile. Make any changes you want, then click "Save”. If you like, you can then view your profile by clicking on “My Profile".
Can I delete a profile?
No. Once a profile has been entered into the system it is there permanently. You can however, hide your profile if you wish.
How do I hide/show my profile?
Click on “My Settings” in the side Navigation Bar. Under “My Profile Settings" click on "Hide My Profile". Click on either "Hide" or "Show" then press “Save”. This feature is useful if you are unable to regularly check your mail or want to go away from the system for a while.
Who is viewing my profile?
It is possible that many members are viewing your profile, even multiple times. However, some members choose to hide their profile. In this case you would not see who is viewing your profile.
How long will it take for my profile to be posted?
All profiles are subject to our Profile Guidelines(see above). Because of the very high number of new members, the time it takes to verify and post a profile will vary. Our goal is to have your profile verified and posted within 72 hours. You will only receive a notification if your profile has been rejected or required modification.
Profile under review, what does this mean?
Upon submitting a profile for the first time, your profile has to be reviewed before it is viewable by other members. Also, any subsequent changes that you make to your profile automatically have to be re-approved.
Due to the high volume this process can take up to 24hrs.
Gold and Silver members receive priority approval.
Why don't I see my profile?
There are a few things you should check:
- Is your profile set to "Hide"? Check "Hide Your Profile" in "My Settings"
- Has your profile been verified and posted? This will take 24 hrs to complete.
- Have you edited your profile recently? If so, we have to verify it. Again, we ask for your patience while the process is completed.
If you still can't see your profile, please contact our Customer Service department, and we'll help you out right away.
Can I use HTML in my profile?
No. HTML or other code in a profile is the most common way for unscrupulous businesses to spread spam in a service like this. For the same reason, we cannot permit email addresses in profiles.
Can I see my profile the way others see it?
Either click on “My Profile” OR “My Settings” in the side Navigation Bar. If you clicked on “My Settings” then click on "View My Profile" and you'll see your Profile exactly as other members do. If you want to change your profile, click on "Edit My Profile".

Automatch
What is AutoMatch?
AutoMatch lets you choose as many or as few characteristics of your ideal mate as you wish, then updates those matches on your View Your Latest Matches page. Our entire database is searched for those people who exactly match your specifications. You can save your AutoMatch settings, and we'll regularly update the results as new members join. You can also change those settings, and AutoMatch will automatically update the results for your new choices.

What is a Quick Search and how do I do one?
Quick Search is the fast and easy way to find compatible members and link up! Click "Search" in the top right corner of the site to get to the Quick Search page. Make choices for the characteristics listed and press “Search". Our entire database quickly searches and returns potential matches.
How do I do an Advanced Search?
If you would like to be more explicit in your tastes and choices, try an Advanced Search. There are many more search criteria which, while narrowing your choices, will make those choices almost exactly what you're looking for! Click "Search" in the top right corner of the site and then switch from Quick Search to Advanced Search using the toggle in the top right.

How do I report spam?
We're determined to eliminate as much spam as we can from our service. Many unscrupulous individuals will try to use a service like this to send spam. While we do monitor and try to catch all spam, we need your help. If you encounter what you consider to be spam, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Customer Contact Form. We'll look into the problem immediately and remove the offending material.

How do I report offensive emails and profiles?
If you are offended by something sent to you by a member, we suggest you stop the conversation immediately and go to our Customer Service Page. If possible, make a copy of the offending material and include it in your message to us on the Customer Contact Form. If you are offended by a profile, please check our Profile Guidelines and Restrictions (see above). If you believe the material violates our guidelines, please forward the Screenname of the profile or the Headline, via our Customer Contact Form. We will immediately check the offending material and remove it as required.
